Oolong is a very tasty and fragrant black tea originated from Southern China. Cantonese people drink them after every meal, which mostly is very high in calories, and high in both vegetable and animal fat. Have you ever been to a Chinese DimSim place? Have you seen the ducks dripping oil in a Cantonese restaurant? Cantonese food is usually very fat, starchy and even their deserts are high in animal fat (very tasty indeed). But have you even seen a lot of Cantonese? The trick is their Oolong tea. Since I was little I heard my Mom talked about Oolong Tea "scrape the intestine", meaning it takes the fat and oil away. I personally know many Cantonese people. No one enjoys a beautiful meal full of fat and aroma more than them, yet they are never fat, but a bit too skinny. Drink Oolong tea after a oily meal, that's it. Give it a try. It works! If you don't know where to get the Oolong tea, get it here.
