Easy, natural ways for daily health problems. These remedies are collected from various sources. Some of them I personally used myself, some of them I have never used or had the need to use. If you would like to use them please use with good judgment. Never replace medical treatment with these remedies. Always seek the advice of your physician for your health concerns


Arthritis:

Take apple vinegar, add honey and hot water. Drink it everyday as often as you can. Some people with severe arthritis start to feel significant relieve after a few weeks of use. Apple vinegar can be replaced by lemon juice. It would be the best to use natural wild bee honey.

Canker Sore
Take a small fresh ripe tomato, crush into a paste, add sugar to the paste and apply on the wound. Leave for a minute or so. Repeat if necessary. It will help speed up the healing.

Eczema

1)Rub fresh potato raw juice on skin can ease the irritations of eczema.

2)Red Clover flowers are believed to be effective in treating Eczema. Red clover products can be found in health food stores.

3)Rub evening primrose oil

*Eye strain (1)

1 part of Chinese GouQi (Chinese Wolfberry)
2 part of dried Ju Hua (Chinese chamomile)

Combine in a tea pot , pour boiled water over, steep for about 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

This drink benefits the liver, strengthens eyes, reduces eye strain. Drink at least 3 times a day. Especially beneficial to young people and adults who spend a lot of time using computers; watching TV or playing video games.

Eye Strain (2)
Chill cucumber in a fridge, then cut into thin slices and put over closed eye lids. Relieves eye strain, reduces fine wrinkles and eye bags.

Insomnia

Mix milk with carrot juice, add some honey. This very nutritious drink helps calm the nerve system. Drink before bed will help people with sleeping problems sleep better.

Or drink Hyakunen cha tea (white or blue) regularly.

Athlete's Foot

To temporarily relief the itching and burning of Athlete's foot, apply pure Aloe Vera gel, or fresh Aloe Vera leaf extract. Or soak feet in Aloe Vera juice for a few minutes.

Burns

For minor burns and sun burns, cool skin with cold running water, then apply extract from the leave of a Aloe Vera plant. Or use pure Aloe Vera gel products which you can find in any health food store. This will ease the pain and prevent skin from scaring. For more severe burns please seek medical help.

Psoriasis
1) Eat more omega-3 rich fish (salmon and tuna) at least once a week. Or take omega-3 supplement daily.

2)Combine 2-3 tsp of each dried herbs:

yellow dock
licorice root
red clover blossoms rosemary
sarsaparilla root

Add 3 cups of water, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, steep for at least 5-10 minutes, filter with a drainer. Drink 1 cup at a time, 3 times a day.

Detoxify: Detoxification is important in treating this decease. Use blood cleansing supplement, or drink 2-4 oz of Aloe Vera juice everyday, with honey and lemon juice and water.

Diarrhea

Sometimes diarrhea is necessary and mostly harmless when it is trying to force stuff that is harmful out of the body. Having a cup of plain yogurt can help settle the stomach and restore the healthy bacteria level in the digesting system. It is also important to drink a lot of fluids because diarrhea can be very dehydrating.

Menstrual Cramp
When the cramp is caused by poor circulation, try this remedy:

1 part of Rosemary oil
1 part of basil oil
3 part of safflower oil

Mix together in a small container, put the container in hot water to warm up the oil. Then massage between the navel and bikini line for a few minutes, afterwards wipe clean with a wet hot towel.

Or, drink Hyakunen Cha tea white or blue box during your period. It works better than any pain killer.

Energy Boosting
A quick way to refresh your energy and get rid of the sleepiness is simply to brush teeth or use strong minty mouth wash. It will definitely get rid of the sluggishness, temporarily at least.

Pressure point for losing stomach fat
A strong tight mid section is very important, for good looks and postures, even more so for our overall health and well-being.

Stimulating Guanyuan pressure point is very effective in burning fat on the abdominal area.

Guanyuan is about 3 fingers width right underneath the navel. Lay your hand on the stomach with the index finger right beneath the navel, the pressure point should be about where your ring finger is. It would feel a dull pain when pressed.

Lay down facing up. Place index and middle finger together on the pressure point. Apply pressure in a rotating motion clockwise for 100 times. Do this at night before sleep.
